In a world of internet scammers and bad business, it can be intimidating to find a service online that is trustworthy. I did my research and found US Service Animals in a Chicago Tribune article and thought that was a more natural endorsement so I gave it a whirl and was beyond happy with the type of customer service that I received. I was actually denied by my perspective apartment complex at first and admittedly, my first assumption was that I had been had. Regardless, I wrote an email and Dr. White called me immediately. She called me, asked that I copy her in on an email with the apartment, and delivered an articulate, professional email that ultimately turned over the denial. Because of her fierce advocacy, my rights were respected and I was allowed to complete the approval process for my ESA. Thank you, Dr. White! You da' Wo-man!

I was able to get a Dr. Note and my dog registered all in a matter of 5 hours. Everyone was simply amazing. After providing all necessary paperwork to my leasing complex, I was still hassled about my Emotional support dog and threatened eviction. When I called for help I got a call from the attorney within an hour and Jim was able to help me send an email to the complex addressing the law and that I had provided all things necessary from my end. I got a call Monday morning apologizing and that they no longer need anything else from me. This amazing company stays true to their word and help you when you need them!

I was very skeptical at first to go through this website because my landlord wouldn't allow me to have my dog in my apartment unless I was given a real, valid note from a psychiatrist prescribing the dog to me. Plus, nobody wants to through $179.99 down the drain for nothing! Little did I know, there was nothing to be skeptical about. I am a real live person, (not paid to put this whatsoever), and I can proudly say this site set me up with a real live and certified mental health professional who prescribed my ESA letter to me. I gave the landlord my letter and it was approved immediately no questions needed. If you are in need of housing/air travel accommodation, THIS IS THE SITE to go through! “I had an absolutely amazing experience with this company/business. I don't think I've ever encountered a business that really cares about the wellbeing of their members and makes sure to go the extra mile to defend and stand up for their clients when landlords or airlines try to refuse people with disabilities the right to have an emotional support animal. Dr. Stephanie White and Melissa Smith specifically handled my case. When my landlords gave me push back in regards to my accommodation to have my emotional support animal accompany me in my apartment, Dr. White did a 3 way call with my landlord, defended and demanded that my accommodation process move forward, requested to have any additional concerns directed to her, and let me know that she will always be there for me if my landlord ever gave me any kind of trouble. Melissa Smith made sure to provide me all the legal advice I needed in the event that I had to file a complaint with the HUD in my state and take further legal action. That kind of action is not common in businesses like this and I really and truly appreciate everything they have done for me. I wouldn't recommend ANY other company
