US Service Animals has been so helpful and easy! They call you after you fill out your certificate and set up a tele therapy appointment for you as well! You get a call from the therapist within 24 hours of your initial phone call and they make it pretty quick and painless! You then get all legal therapy approval letters by email within 2 hours after that. You don't have to call or email, they do everything for you and truly just make it a simple, smooth, and painless process. Everyone was so sweet and helpful and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a service animal or ESA, best customer service from any company I've dealt with EVER. As well as being extremely efficient and fast.

I had been considering getting a letter for my cat to be my ESA. A customer service rep Nicholas reached out to me and he assisted me with the whole process. He was very helpful and understanding to my situation! In just a day, I got my ESA consultation and letter. I was very impressed with the efficiency and am very grateful for US Service Animals. I had a small glitch and had to call a couple of times to get a consultation completed. each CSR I spoke with was super nice, attentive and knowledgeable. The Dr. that I spoke with actually listened to my concerns and issues and gave me great advice. I had my housing letter within an hour after speaking with the medical provider. I have had my dog as a ESA for one year with this company. When it came time to renew, I was told that soon, ESA will no longer be accepted while flying and was directed toward another appropriate option for me, psychiatric service animal.If you are management at US Service Animals, I was to praise Ginger! Ginger had such amazing customer service skills, she was kind, and incredibly helpful. Please reward this employee because I was incredibly impressed with your customer service today. Returning costumer for 2 years now

I've been using this site the last 2 years for my ESA needs when my hometown doctor wouldn't prescribe me a letter because it wasn't in his scope of practice. Our pup isn't just our family dog, he's my therapeutic buddy. He helps me through tough times and mental health episodes. Our pup now gets to move with us regardless of pet restrictions and I get to keep my best friend! I just renewed my boys letter today and Alexandria was very helpful! This place is the LEGAL correct way to register your animal, you will not regret it! I could not be any happier with them. My therapists have been very helpful and nice on the phone as well!

Alexandria was extremely helpful in breaking down the process and she was very nice. I got my consultation thru Nancy Spitzer very fast within 1 hr including all my documentations and everything. This was truly legit and fast. I had to sell my pet to due apartment laws, but now thankfully I can have my pet back. Emotionally it was a drain dealing with that horror and now I am sooo happy! Txs guys.
